Joachim Rautter has been active as co-founder, managing partner and board member in numerous European life science and healthtech companies. He co-founded Peppermint Venture Partners and has played an active role in building and scaling companies such as CEVEC Pharmaceuticals, CellAct Pharma, CryoTherapeutics and Labforward. Before founding PVP, he served as Investment Director at Peppermint Holding, leading early-stage investments in healthcare innovations. Joachim holds a PhD in Biophysics from the Technical University of Berlin and has more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship and technology transfer, with a strong focus on translating scientific innovation into successful international businesses.
