Physicist / Scientist PhD (m/w)

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• A PhD in physics or a similar field; publications in scientific journals are essential.
• Several postdocs are advantageous.
• A good understanding of experimental and theoretical concepts, preferably in optical spectroscopy but not exclusively, is a must.
• Hands-on experience in constructing experimental setups, from concept to realization and maintenance.
• Know-how in the automation of measurements.
• Acceptable writing and oral skills. Proficiency in German is highly welcome.
• An independent and self-motivated way of working.
• An ability to take responsibility.
• Open-mindedness and proven out-of-the-box thinking (proven, not just declared).
